Showcases Highlight Products Across Categories

Orgill customers have access to thousands of products through their distributor. At each Dealer Market, Orgill highlights the breadth of product found in different categories by featuring Product Showcases.

The Spring Dealer Market, held last month in Orlando, was no exception. Attendees had the opportunity to walk through a number of Product Showcases and find products they could add to their inventory or that might complete their current offerings.

  • The Electrical Showcase featured newly updated electrical programs Orgill developed over the past year. Two main focuses of this Showcase were LED lighting and smart home technology.
  • The Outdoor Power Equipment Showcase was located outside the convention center and gave attendees the opportunity to see different types of outdoor power equipment in action. Vendors shared their latest and greatest product innovations and highlighted category trends, such as battery systems that are interchangeable between tools.
  • The Outdoor Grill Showcase was also outside the convention center and allowed retailers to see Orgill's full product offering within the grilling category. Attendees got a firsthand look at new technology, which included smart thermometers and wifi- or Bluetooth-enabled grills. A number of different types of products, including gas and charcoal grills, flat top griddles and kamado and pellet-style grills, were on display.
  • The Impulse Showcase is always a popular area at the Dealer Market. In Orlando, it included several Orgill initiatives to help drive sales, such as clipstrip programs and dump bins, checkout displays and stack outs. Popular products featured in the Showcase included snacks, sodas and gifts.
  • The Spring Promotional Showcase included a heavy emphasis on Spring is Here, Orgill's turnkey lawn and garden program, and also offered attendees a look at a number of focused assortment planograms and Hardware 101 planograms.
  • The Worldwide Sourcing Showcase allowed Orgill customers to shop Door Busters by month, as well as take a closer look at the variety of product offered under brand names that are unique and available only to Orgill customers. The area even included graphics that shared more information about how Orgill customers could build upon their profitability by offering products from Worldwide Sourcing brands. This Showcase also featured the 2019 Christmas booking program and 2019 patio furniture program.
